Soviet women pilots links Krasnaya Zvyezda
Aviation - Femenine by gender
(Military Parade Magazine, March-April Issue)
Very informative. I got some difficult-to-find names from here.
Nachthexen: Russian Women Pilots Good summary of the topic. It has a nice drawing of Lilya.
The Monino Aircraft Museum There is a bit of women pilot stuff in there, but I can't remember where. Ivan Kozhedub's La-7 is in there, though...
The Russian Aviation Museum I think that this is the best site on Soviet and Russian planes on the net. Very well organized and laid out. It has many obscure planes and lots of info and images.
Internet Resource for Russian Studies This is an index. A lot of stuff about Russia, from history to art, to food.
GG in the Military - Women Warriors - 20th Century It's a site about fighting women in this century, in general. Lots of WWII info, although not completely up to date.
Lidiia Vladimirovna A really in-depth page about Lilya Litvyak's life.
Women in Combat—Nationalism or patriotism Another good history on the Soviet fighting ladies.
