Full range of sales promotion services for all agency clients. Promotional support of brand advertising and development of independent brand promotions. Creative head and supervisor of department art /design group. Instituted systems and procedures for art group, including job tracking and costs control. Responsible for budgeting, scheduling, staffing, commissioning of suppliers and talent.
