Special Topics courses are used to introduce new areas and aspects of information studies into the curriculum with the idea that students program at SILS reflect the latest trends and research in the information professions. We hope that students will take advantage of this wonderful opportuinty.  These courses feature hands-on experiential learning in SILS seminar/ lab classrooms equipped the poweful computers and software to match the teaching and learning tasks at hand and the digital tools needed to support student research, projects and creative and critical thinking.
